Curtailing Curtain

Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely or you can say if a government comes with a majority all you can expect either full-time development or full-time anarchial precedent. You might get me totally irrelevant but what's happening in the politics of Centre and Delhi ,these above statements has enough relevance to the content.

Since 1911 Delhi has always been a hot pan for political lingos ,it does deal with the some malicious ideology too. As Delhi has been far away from both either becoming a Union Territory or gaining the full statehood always tried to harness themselves with much staunchenss to the developmental goals ; atleast we can say it since Arvind Kejriwal's AAP took the Delhi into his hand ; we've seen continuous tussle of development and power-sharing.

Schedule 7 perfectly briefed the Centre -state relation in any term and it does hold the opulant and concomitant plans to harness the dreams of the people and aspirations of the state. But what Centre has done after passing the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Bill, 2021 , which made Delhi government paralysed enough to take any executive action ,for that they have to consult the LG (Lt. Governor). So now the burning and the vulnerable issue which is floating over the water on Delhi government that what's the need of the legislature ,if they ain't able to do make any law on their own ? Isn't it like you've been served with delectable dishes but you're allergic to those ?

Police administration and home affairs has always been under the guardianship of Central govt and this made Delhi already a handicapped govt but they still had the law making power but now snatched after amending the Article 239AA. Anguishness seems so prudent against the Central government which was coming along since AAP got the majority for the first time with 67/70 seats and and this became more staunch when they won second time consecutively with 52/70 seats. It's not like that they only made hullabaloo about the manifesto but they have done what they had in their manifestos.

Same tussle we had seen in 2018 when the AAP members sat in the LG's office for 10 long days just to make sure that ,they got the clearence on one the file. It means state government seems no less than the puppet of central government ,who is enjoying themselves appointing LG as an entertainer for them who keep on entertaining the state government. As far as central government concern they can clearly see the developmental agendas and projects what state government perfectly implimented and this made them little jittery that, if they goes on like this ,there would be no government for BJP in upcoming elections; so they made a barrier by the name of LG and giving more power to his teeth to tatter the legislative authority of the Government.

Situation what we are going through with isn't good for healthy and harmonious democracy , I mean that's why our constitution maker choose the federal structure of governement and curtailed any sort of power of centre government which made them superior over the jurisdiction , Legislation and execution of laws , projects , sovereignty and future aspiration. So in my opinion central government must abolish this anarchial amendment which put the sovereignty , federal structure and democracy into the cavernous plight.
