Electing Enigma :- Sushashan vs. Jungleraaz
Piper of election does two things mainly and it's been happening since a long ago that either it does eliminate the rulling party or it gives a prism of hope to pull the deprived section out of the poverty. But , unfortunately till now we've seen only first thing on the driver seat and second one not even in the assembly line.
So with the Bihar with the buzzing electoral bagpiper ,all the netizens tighten their seat belts and in among the public with some baseless and never projecting manifestos. Bihar can be traced out only state in the country since independence where casteism still playing the main factor at polling booth. Either it's been Lalu's Yadav 15 years "Jungle Raaz " or Nitish Kumar's somehow developed 15 years. One thing is sure that if kind of seperate electorate exists ,it can easily be found in the Bihar ,where a constituency has been fixed for the candidate on the basis of caste majority in that area.
Let's focus on Bihar's aspirations which is still oscillating among the leaders. An election which exists on the shoulders of farragoist allaince and whenever government form it's been of two or three or more parties. Election in Bihar is not just a matter to be elected , it's a whole lot of ceremonial occasions, where campaigning done on the drum beating. People of Bihar facing such sort of things from many time but still not getting anything hand to hand. With a huge demographic dividend ,if a state still has more migration rate than the national average than what's the conundrum behind it ,never been traced out.
Atleast in Nitish Kumar's reign Bihar achieved the Growth rate of 10.5% in 2017-18 and 2018-19 , which is way better than Lalu's 3% which stabled for almost 15 years. Average income of Bihar's people doldruming between ₹30,000 way better than Lalu's ₹5000 annually but still legging from national average of 92,000. Health is no far than any exceptional aspect where on every 43,788 patients there is just one doctor. Education is still a huge factor on which any government yet to work. Bihar's budget increased from ₹23,000 crore to ₹2,13,000 crore which shows the huge revenue income. But the question still exists is that ,after so much of things done, why it's been most derated state till now , having growth rate of more than 10% much above than the national average. One of the smallest state if India Manipur has 1000 police force on 1 lakh people and in Bihar juat 77 policemen on the same. Most pernicious thing about the education system which keeps colliding since last 30 years ,where students keep in struggling to get the degree even after 4 years. Why Bihar is unable to attract any industries in its region even after having such a fine government "Sushashan Babu" Nitish Kumar.
Ground reality reflects the unawareness about the election in most of the remote region ,who lies basically on the daily wages and do vote on someone's else suggestions. Isn't it kind of mind-capturing or manipulation of votes before voters reach to the polling booth. Government has lot to say that electricity connection work almost done with 90% homes get the electricity but ground reality has something else to say. A village in the Sasaram district of Bihar not get the electricity yet not even a hospital and onto that just two handpump on the population of more than five thousand. However , we can't deny with the fact that roads are much better and last mile connectivity is still on and electricity plight much improved but fact of more than 90% not so catchy.
Some of the people keep saying that ,you can find atleast peace now ,not any sort of ransom callay , kidneping ,day light murder atleast not happening but communal harmony not the same what it used to be in Lalu's time. Some says it's happening because JD(U) formed a government in alliance with BJP ,so it's common for the minorities to face the wrath (jingoism of nationalism). Bihar demands for sustainable growth and nationalism never been a agenda for them as Bihar never seen such huge communal chaos except part of Bhagalpur district. And none of the parties ever tried to raise the nationalist agenda except in the recent time Communist leader Kanhaiya Kumar came in the limelight and directly opposing the current regime at centre and state level.
Whatever government comes by winning the confidence of the common en-masse , first priority must be to introduce agile minds of the people and to let them aware about the importance of election and request them to break the chain of casteism , however in this a cumulative support of every netizens must required ,lest things won't get better. As we've seen few amomg the people protest their MLA's when they went to their constituencies for the assuming votes and people asked them about their works. Vote dividend on the basis of forward , backward and dalit class, bhumihar, dushad , mushar, yadavs such trench must be filled and defenstrate this harsh mentality.
Government must deep look into the problem of migration ,a huge force which contributes to the productivity of some other state ,might turn out to be so blissful for own state. Try to pull in the Industries to sort out the unemployment ,which Nitish Kumar's manifesto reflects 10 lakh jobs per year . Huge potential of agriculture and more than 75% of the population depends on the agricultural has lot to improve in it by doing some R&D and by introducing modern technologies to the farmers to raise their income bars.
