"Era of expantionalism ended a long ago and modern era runs on the shoulder of mutual cooperation", said by the PM Narendra Modi in Ladakh when he suddenly visited the valley to encourage the moral of the Indian Army. A clear pro-active and indirect inclusion and indication to China on its disastrous stance in Galway Valley , checking till the Daulat Beg Oldy forceful misadventures happening since April. Chinese foreign affairs Ministry took it as a deliberate process to inflate the tension in the region.

But things aren't only disturbing India but also in the South China Sea , where China continuously growing it's military base illegally according to the UNCLOS (United Nations Convention On The Law Of The Sea), and trying to create a blockage for the in ocean maritime trade and on the other side East China Sea , where Japan is facing the same criticality over the unauthorised expantion. America has always been since a long time protesting this move of China , which reflects as a threat to the trade and to the tiny countries around it.

To curb this a new grouping formed to resolve the isssue in the SCS especially India , Japan , Australia and US made a four member grouping named "QUAD" ( Chinese Foreign Ministry look it as the serious threat to its huge market and called it a Small NATO). Formed In 2018 , however it was raised in 2007 , first meeting held last year in New York among the Foreign Minister of these four countries (China says it a 4+ countries on the verge of 2+2 dialogue). Global Times independent but controlled by the Chinese Government editor in chief clearly said that "China never tried to occupy anything without the consent of the other country , this applies on America who sanctionised those countries who don't show a damn to their views."

Recently in Tokyo the second meeting of held and you can see the importance that Secretary of State US Micheal Pompeo dropped the diplomatic tour of Malaysia and South Korea to attend this meeting. Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suge (who took the charge after stepping down by the Shinzo Abe)

manifested that nothing will change and Japan will do the same what has been proposed by the Shinzo Abe to curb Chinese presence. Indian Foreign Minister and Former Diplomat S. Jaishankar said this grouping is totally based on the security concern and to boost the cooperation among the major players. Australia already showed its concern on growiny footprint of China in Indian Ocean Region.

Shichuan University Professor Yi Weiwei said that China's angusihness is obvious cause it expanded it's market around the globe and everywhere its export in surplus and import not that much. However Weiwei said it's too late to curb China's market and influence as Japan has a large market in China's community . If you look deep into it after imposing high duties and going trade war with US didn't impacted China much as China exported $220 Billion to US and imported only $60 Billion. India heavily influenced from the Chinese market so can't protest it for so long. So to avoid China india made a grouping with other three.

According to some Indian International Affairs intellectual ,Indian pro-active stance was preassumed as there is a same grouping BRICS (Brazil - Russia - India -China -South Affica) but due to China's presence in it ,, India has always been passive to start anything in this grouping and this pandemic concern which emerged from China given a extra short to they countries to come along. Australia already reiterated to help India and came in highlight against China when global community demanding to start a investigation into the Wuhan Laboratories to check the cause of the Virus , among them Australia was on the frontline.

QUAD must not loose its importance with the changing time like ASEAN lost however India was only the observer in it. China's one more concern that, this group will atttact more members of ASEAN like Vietnam , Malaysia , Philippines , somewhere South Korea also like to join this powerful grouping. Global Times said that these 4 four founder countries may feed the mind if small ASEAN and SAARC countries against the China and this would detoriate the market presence of China. In totality QUAD can be one of the international grouping which might have the capacity to sort out the South China Sea issue in relate to Indian Ocean Region.
