Smoothing Surface :- Afghanistan's Era

"The theory of Mandala is based on the geographical assumption that the immediate neighbor state of a given state is most likely to be an enemy and a state next to the immediate neighbor is likely to be one's friend" ; Chanakya once propunded this in his all time great Arthashastra and now this seems so relevant to today's modern day diplomatic affairs among the nations .

Today's nation started following the theory very seriously and India keep on following it since it's partition in 1947 to 1962's Chinese intrusion . We established a healthy relationships with Afghanistan and Mongolia as the first one been troubled by Pakistan and Talibani extremist and latter one by Chinese insertion somehow. But let Mongolia keep out of this present scenario . As Afghanistan turned out to be hot table to deal with . Since former President Donald Trump announced the returning of American forces by this year , Joe Biden finally given it a thumbs-up and fix it for 11th September.

After hectic round of talks and 21 years long wait this must be winning trumpet for Afghanistan's common people but are they really gonna feel safe as they felt in last 21 years when American forces uprooted the extremist ideology from this region and made this country reliable for investment and growth took place simultaneously . However we never seen stability in terms of government formation and it's been a long tussle for political supremacy among Abdullah Abdullah , Hamid Karzai and Asraf Ghani and Taliban itself.

The main problem for the nations who has been involved in Afghanistan is the threat of Taliban who kept on raising their head even they had to suffer a lot tormations. Taliban basically created by knowingly or unknowingly by America to drove away the USSR and to keep American interest alive now proved to be a blessing in disguise. An American diplomat in 1980's holded the Quran and AK-47 in each hands and said to Talibani that this gonna give you your right, now must get beheaded if he would have been alive.

Afghanistan holds the deposits of some rich minerals like Uranium and biggest exporter of Opium from Helmand province might have been much opulent than what it is now. Eventually the negotiations came to a conclusion that Talibani will get equal opportunity in the political process to form the government or to take part into its activities. But since they got to listen the date of freedom for them they turned so vulnerable as we've seen the political and army tussle between Talibani and Afghanistan Security force propelled the USA to think once more. 

Talibani always wanted to establish a full islamic ideology based country and it will run by the shariyat (Shariya law in Muslim) and preventing the girls to cross the brink of schools and we've seen the pathetic example of it when Malala Yousafzai shot by Talibani force in Swat valley. And they clearly said that their leaders changed with the passage of time but not the ideology .

India always been so concern about the Afghanistan's peace process , however india didn't get any invitation in the peace process which seemed a blow to Indian diplomacy. India been a absolute supporter of democracy since it's beginning and stated clearly earlier that "There is nothing like good Taliban or bad Taliban" and usully supported Hamid Karzai for government formation as he is so sympathetic towards india cause he went through his education in India . India's second concern about the projects in Afghanistan in which India has invested billion of dollars like Salma Dam formation , Universities, primary schools , parliament buliding , library and many more infrastructure development. Afghanistan diplomats get their training in India and India trains their security forces too. India's third concern is Pakistan in the region as the evacuation of American forces and Evolution of Talibani given a chance to Pakistan to play with India as Pakistan always tried to create instability in the region from backdoor by providing arms and ammunition Talibani Forces and they might incite about India to them which might block the Indian dream to reach through the West Asia by road and railway line between Chahabar to Delram. Still Talibali leaders said that they are likely to establish the healthy ties with India but less likely to be supported when their interest come on the line. However continuous truce between American forces and Talibani Forces has something contemptuous to say.

What india ought to do from here seems the question of the hour ? India will less likely to loose all its control in the hands of Taliban and must insure that if there would be any peace process in future india must get invitation to pitch its ideology and should come along with Talibani forces and to negotiate with them with the help of America and middle east country to make the minds of political demogauges of Afghanistan to ensure the future stability and must ensure that its infrastructure development projects worth for common people and shouldn't be in the hands of Talibni extremist and need of quick implementation and sanction of the projects as delaying this might destabilise India's situation as india faced already backlash when they had to lost its control over Chahabar project due to complete reticence sensing no danger to the project. Meanwhile have to ensure that there must not be culmination of Pakistani favouritism neither inclination towards Chinese soft diplomacy as Pakistan already get trapped in projects like CPEC nor like leasing of Habantota port of Sri Lanka. 

An 11th September changed the fate of America with demolition of World Trade Center ; so are we gonna see the new era for Afghanistan by this 11th September ? Future has lot to overt into its womb ; let's see what's gonna be the new order !!
