However today's modern world took it too seriously ,so not just strengthen their military capabilities but with technological innovation it changed into the race of weapons of mass destruction ,which captivated modern era political leaders to create much antiquities and ramifications came so drastic.

A recent report by SIPRI (Stockholm International Peace Research Institute, an eminent organization who conducts survey of arms import and export datas) released which says something very unusual about the commercial invoices of arms and ammunition. There are new entrants who are not supposed to be in the list but surprisingly they made it to the list of new vulnerability creators. Let's talk about something usual what we are addictive of .

Like India remains the second largest importer of arms and high-end military technologies with more that 80% of it imports , in which new entrants is S-400 Defence missile system from Russia and Rafael from Dassault Aviation of France gave it a new strength, and India remained the largest exporting destination of Russia with more than 90% of its tanks , SLR(Self-Loaded Rifles), Combat Aircraft (Sukhoi , Mig29), while USA remained seconds largest importing destination just to keep balance between USA and Russia'a strategic importance. Israel has been of enough importance for India for drone technologies and AVAACS RADAR systems. Although India's importance came down from 69% as for two years due to extra expanses on COVID relief measures and Atamnirbhar Bharat Abhiyan which focues on indigenous making of arms and technologies backed well by DRDO (Defence Research Development Organisation). Saudi Arabia currently as one of largest importer of foreign importer of Arsenals and quite understandable why Saudi Arabia retained the top position? As their desire to be Shunni leaders what they actually shown many times to the west countries and nearby threat like Iran and not so handsome relations with Israel too and decade long Yemen war ,so it's usual to keep your shoes tighten up. Turkey , Isreal are also the arms exporters to African regions and Central Asia.

But what something unusual and categorically different happened and suggested in the reports that few of the countries who has been the power of centres in the late 1940's because of their respective desire of conqureing the world politics on the force of ammunition like Nazis genocide of Zoroastrian , Mussolini's facists ideology in Italy had similarity what they achieved with high-end military capabilities sweard not to spend much on military now shifting their tilt to exporting nations or arsenalsAs the World War-ll ended countries like Japan who saw disastrous consequences of nuclear weapons they sweard not to make any deadliest weapons neither gonna export or import anything , Germany did not exactly do the same but somehow restricted themselves not to export on large basis but Russia-Ukraine war showed us something new scenerios. As Germany didn't hesitate to support Ukraine verbally but through the ammunition too broke their 70 years long streak to not to export arms on large basis while France also came as supporter from combating weapons to Ukraine , as if you can say a bullet fired knowingly by USA made profits for the nations who exported to Ukraine ,under the regency of war commercial explosiveness going on. China's defence budget increase year on year basis which signifies that they have two desires ; firstly to compete with US and second a complete dominance in South Asia , South-east Asia and also boost their exports of arms while importing as well. Turkey's purchasing of S-400 missile system from Russia ignoring American sanctions said that US can't only be a importing destination. Armenia -Azerbaizan war for Nagorno Karabakh region showed new kind of war fought with high-end drones like Byracter of Turkey , what exactly it means that even the smallest of the nation aren't not hesitating to buy something of high but distructive values.

Very recently U.S. Strategic partnership documents has been placed among the Indo-Pacific QUAD countries , where US tried to create sense of fear among the India , Japan ,and Australia about China's expansion plans is nothing just a fallacy to trap these nation in tbe arms deal if America to sell out their military equipment to strengthen their treasury as QUAD was formed for commercial and growth for near about region from India's perspective but from America's perspective it has never been more than just a forum to contain China's aggression in Indo-Pacific region as india always reitered that China shouldn't be worry of QUAD as it has nothing to do to contain China but to growth and to establish a free route in Indian ocean for trade purposes as India's more than 90% trade happens through the waterways of apt importance. Self-vested interest of USA incited Russia to act on Ukraine and made their profits by sending its arms to Ukraine to Combat against Russian army.

Recently India also inked an agreement with Philippines govt to sell the BRAMOS missiles (Only supersonic cruze missile system in the world. Supersonic means 2-3 times the speed of sound), shows Philippines concerns over China's East China Sea expansion theories ,what it means that east Asian countries are pulping as the new ground of commercial invoices for the nations who are heavy exporter ,it means now South Asian countries will likely to buy for from india as india has always established itself as the security provider in the region and sooner or later USA , France like countries gonna step their feet over these regions just to sell their products not to contain China neither to support Philippines as Russia Ukraine war showed us that no one gonna favour anyone if war happens between two countries.

Deterrence on international dias is a situation which creates a sense of fear in the nations to bolster their situation against the forseen activities and on this each of the nation strengthen their military capabilities which indirectly says that sooner or later we could see something like truce to balance the equation to balance the power as history has records of such incidents which always proven that arms are nothing but a future projects of unforseen war and bloodshed.
