Global Order :- Hyper-Changing Dynamics

One thing for sure that with the respective time human maturity evolved but refused to adopt the sanitary measures to interlope in any of the conflict which can create a total unculturable and unconventional approach to the solution which could have establish a global order in periphery of the rules to determine the adequate measures to permeable prorogation of the individual national interest which satisfy the expensive greed of superiority.

After 30 years of long wars which came to end and first in the human history established a rule of law on which every nation bound to be followed now deteriorating with massive pace. You might have heard about the Treaty Of Westphalia 1648 , which created the rule of law and bounded on the nation that everyone need to respect sovereignty of a nation and shouldn't breach the signed contract. So the invasive nature of the nation eventually got a stroke of humanity and transverse the nature of what a global order must be.

But history never been neither that unique nor sublime in its approach. So with the gradual passage of time treaty gone old and paper of the treaty didn't find any relevance to the modern day context. However now not invasive but now more political instability created the new requirements to settle down the issues. Revolutions of the Europe , whether of French Revolution , Glorious Revolution of England 1688 , Russian Revolution 1917 fall of Tzarist regime or Unification of Germany and Italy ,it manifested that with the demand of time every regime has to be collapsed down and new system will be crowned untill the system turn out to be corrupt in its form. Leaders knew that one system can't be sustained so to make it flexible everything as usual left on the shoulder of future to decide in its own way.

Things turned out to be more drastic with the begining of industrialization of the countries one after another and power started to excersice by the oligarchs then world community felt a new kind of revolution but things went wrong after first world war when Vienna Convention put an embargo on Germany discriminately announced the new instability on the world dias. Polarization started , countries with same interests came on the same ship and fulfilling their interest untill one among them gone bigot when their interest didn't get satisfied. They didn't realise that one's self interest could be misadventure with a nation who feels downsized but culture of interest begun so no one minded the things.

Today's conflict is not about between the laws or guidelines to run the communities but it's a new mutant of interest which rests in the hand of two or three nation ,who invincibly became a locai of the economic power. Now we must classified the definition between that whether we live in a "Society of States or System of States"?  If we live in former one then we must find a collective identity or if in latter one then okay with what we are going with. Political interests are now in so much of beloved context that you'll surely be befooled that something happening in your favour. China's debt policy is a new game of interest to intersect the lines of their enemies from South China sea to the Indian ocean and eagerness to include the nation as much as possible to counter the interest of other nation in the same area. India who faced the sanction after the nuke testing of 1998 now a close ally of the America used to be the adversaries for the USA once upon and Pakistan used to be the close ally of USA as they got help in 1971 war but as China grew stronger US felt the need of India to counter China so that China remains not so huge in compare to US ,so as Japan regular threatening in East Japan Sea ,Shinzo Abe propounded QUAD and as tension between China and Australia grown due to Uigher Muslims and border tensions with India gave a real boost to QUAD . Those who stare against the American guidelines had to face CAATSA (Countering American Adversaries Through Sanction Act) a way of retaliation.

While on the other side Middle East who used to be not so interested in world politics suddenly shown interest to make relationship with the nation to make their economy globalise and less dependent on Oil export as they sensed they ain't gonna survive on it for too long. So Abraham Accord signed between Israel , UAE and Bahrain and Islamic countries who used to be inclusive on the Palestine issue now debunched themselves in their economical interest and started to invite India a non-Muslim nation in OIC (Organisation of Islamic Countries , second largest body after UN) even neglecting Pakistan's concern on India and issuing notice that Kashmir is India's internal matter and started investing highly in India. While China gone too close to Pakistan to counter india from the western side to get grip on the Arabian sea to clutch india from all the three sides , however It's only Chinese interest and they knew they aren't getting anything in return from Pakistan yet they invested in CPEC and on the other side after retreating of US force from Afghanistan China immediately connect to Taliban cause Afghanistan has $2 trillion mineral resources which can boost Chinese Industries at large scale and in reward Taliban took no stance on Uigher Muslims which showed monetary gain by Afghanistan from Chinese investmentWhile America became a strategic partner of India sensing this Russia start to shift to China to Counter America in the Middle East. And recent invasion of Russia in Ukraine a age old interest in the area for Russia to counter NATO and recollect the old glory of Soviet Union and 2014 Crimean annexation was to capture the Savastpol port for trading cause it's an warm water sea route what Russia lacked even having northern side of Arctic which is a freezed sea route.

Global leader reiterated to establish a new rule of law to make the things a little less tensed as United Nation's Security Council failed terribly in its duty by tabling resolution you can't change the things as they couldn't as five of them have VETO power. So what do we need now as modern requirements? 

We are in great need of a institutions where none of the nation has all the grip and equal participants to propagate the human behaviour and at instant we must understand that one cannot use their sources to use other nation as their point of interest as one day they'll have to face the vice-versa of that like American used Taliban to counter erstwhile Russia and faced 9/11 and to keep intact the nations Soviet Union dissolution or whether to impose One Country two rule in Taiwan and  in Hongkong are nothing but the seed for future's instability.
